About Us
Our Mission
We are committed to bringing people in Hong Kong together to support individuals affected by dyslexia and related learning differences so they can learn and thrive. We aim to raise awareness of dyslexia and provide assistance and support for all interested in, or affected by, dyslexia. We believe that working with teachers and other professionals, educational institutions, and parents is crucial to achieving our mission.
Our History
The Dyslexia Association of Hong Kong was established in September 1995 by parents interested in building a supportive community for individuals with dyslexia.
Over the 28 years since our inception, we have offered many series of talks and professional development workshops with local and international speakers.
Our Committee
Our committee of volunteers is made up of psychologists, therapists, specialists, tutors, and teachers.
